Cut 'em lengthwise and seed 'em, then cut them into like 4-inch long spears. Salt them while you heat up some olive oil in a pan, then sautee them for about 3-4 minutes. Maybe sprinkle a little dill on them to serve. I know that cooked cukes sounds insane, but it's really surprisingly good. Do you know what’s delicious (it sounds gross, I know) is cooked cucumbers.
