  Wow, am I glad that “Maltese” is so much harder to spell than “Wiener” (aka “Weiner”)–and that they’d have to steal our newspaper from the driveway instead of any potential Jesus statue …

  I betcha it was the HOA.

  I think that if you’re a newscaster, and one day you find yourself uttering the phrase “weiner poopie” on air, you can safely assume that your career has nowhere left to go but down.
