I mentioned to Chef that that Dan Deacon song has been stuck in my head for the last four days, so he promptly retreated to the computer and played it four times in a row. In the mornings, when I pour my coffee before sitting down for work, I recite the “turkey talkin’” chorus to myself.
In other news, I appear to be channeling Leslie Hall in my off hours. This is why I despise cameras.
You don’t look unattractive in that picture, just kind of silly. If you looked more frightened, it would be a classic still from like a Godzilla-type movie or something. As it is, I have no suggestions, jocular or otherwise, as to what you might be looking at. Whatever it is, it seems surprising.
