Don’t forget that nicotine prevents Alzheimer’s. And, while you’re at it, why not throw in a dash of “By the time I get lung cancer, they’ll have a cure.” Sorry, I don’t mean to be a dick, but having engaged in so much smoker’s logic over so many years, I can’t help but crack wise about it.

Just avoid airplanes, then, and it’s all good. Plus: watching the Jarmusch movie Coffee and Cigarettes while smoking and drinking coffee doubles the positive effect.

I like how you think, norbiz. I just watched that movie the other night. I liked it so much I watched “Mystery Train” almost right away. With bourbon though, it was too late for coffee.
