Depending on the state in which you live, this kind of abuse is actually not considered to be “having sex” but it is considered to be statutory rape, rape, child molestation, child abuse, etc., and it isn’t really important whether or not a man or a woman is the perpetrator. Right? Unless you’re a young high school teacher in Indiana and giving your student a blowjob in a state park is legally called “seduction.”
I suggest there are other legal definitions the state government should be looking into than the ones they choose to focus on now.
